The rooms are a nice size with comfy beds and safe. The breakfast is delicious with good choice of dishes. Everyone is really helpful and accommodating and hostess too...

The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. the room was super tidy, like someone just waved a magic wand over it. It's in a great spot, right by a bus stop in case you need a ride. the neighborhood is nice, felt like a good home base for my adventures.

I recently stayed at Ascot Place in Port Elizabeth for a week-long vacation. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with stylish bathrooms and hot showers. Guest House Ascot Place in PE was a delightful find for our short stay. the rooms were cozy, clean, and had a touch of home. the hosts, Andre and Megan, were incredibly friendly and offered helpful tips for exploring the city. the breakfast served was delicious and generous. We also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool. 😊.

Great pool for relaxing, free and secure parking for my luxury car, and a lovely garden to enjoy the beautiful weather.

I was unable to join the hosts around their bar for a cold beverage upon arriving late. the room I stayed in was not up to my expectations.
